Double Room in East London

My partner and I are looking for someone to join us in our beautiful home in Bow.

We have a 2 bedroom flat in a new  build opposite Bromley By Bow station, Sainsburys, a pharmacy and a GP,  its a 2 min walk to a giant tescos, and a 10 min walk to Bromley-by-Bow High Street, a 15 min walk to Bow Church and Mile End which has a lovely park and lots of shops and places to eat. Short walk to Victoria Park. The canals are just behind us. There are buses that go directly to Stratford in 10mins, Hackney and Dalston. Easy links via train to central London - takes 15 mins to Bank. 15 mins to Dalston. 25 mins to Kings Cross. It's very easy to get to most places in the city from here in a short time which is lovely!

The double room is cosy, clean, neutral colours, fully furnished with a big spacious wardrobe with draws, a bed with storage underneath which is about 1 year old, a bedside table, mirror, lamp, and a small bookshelf. It's very peaceful and tranquil and good vibes!

I am an Artist and my partner is a Fashion Designer. We are both very busy most of the time but love to come back to a relaxing and peaceful home. We are both very friendly and socialable and enjoy hanging out and chatting but do like our space as well and we will respect yours of course. We love to have friends over and cook for them and hope you feel free to do the same. We are pretty laid back and easygoing. We are clean and tidy and have lots of plants and like to keep the a nice place to come back to or to relax in etc.

We are looking for someone who is working full time professionally, who is clean, tidy, respectful, considerate, with good vibes and someone we could hang out with sometimes and have a good laugh! who would enjoy our beautifully decorated flat (courtesy of my partners great taste!) as much as we do.

The room is 800 including WiFi, electricity, water and council tax bills. The deposit is 800. We are looking for some to move in on the 15th of July as our current flatmate is moving in with a friend.
