Double bedroom in a two bedroom flat share

My current housemate is moving out and we’re looking for someone to take their room. You’ll be living with myself and my cat.

Location is Bromley-by-Bow which is in zone 2/3 commute is great to the city takes about 30mins to get to central London. District line & Hammersmith and City line are the closest lines (2 mins away) there’s also the DLR which is 5mins away.

We have a 24hr concierge based close to the station. It’s a gated community and we have a gym if you want to sign up to it, which is really cheap (I think it’s like £150 for the year for the whole household).

There’s a Sainsbury’s local open until 11pm (2 min walk) and a big Tesco open until midnight (5min walk).

FYI the room is unfurnished, it has a fitted wardrobe and possibly a desk (can confirm this closer to move in date) but the rest is unfurnished, I can help with finding cheap furniture. I’ve furnished the rest of the house and I’m planning on buying some more lil bits, however if you have any furniture you’d like to have in the common areas we can find a place for them :). Also there are plans to have both rooms painted and blinds fitted but this is being held off while we look for a new tenant.

It’s a non-smoking indoors house, but it’s a ground floor house so you can smoke in the patio/terrace area.

Little bit about me:
I’m an alternative/goth IT nerd who likes to either go out and hang with friends and play games or stay in and chill with my cat watching documentaries. I work in the music industry and I sometimes work from home but I will always let you know in advance what my work days are.

Perks of living with me:
Free IT support, Cat, will hype you up when needed, on occasion entry to gigs/events, can make a really good ravioli!
