Cosy double in spacious flat near the water

Furnished double room available in spacious modern flat in Bromley-by-bow. The flat is in a lovely neighbourhood next to the canal and close to the tube station. The area offers easy access to other parts of the city and is close to local parks. The room is furnished with a double bed and clothes rail currently, but feel free to replace/move the furniture around as we just moved in and got the essentials in.

About us: I'm 24 and a software engineer. I love dancing, reading and cooking. Sam is 28 and also a software engineer working in AI. He loves reading, going to the pub, hiking and all things tech. We met at uni and have been friends since. We're both very laid back but social and are looking for another friend to make a nice home with. We like spending time together as a flat watching movies etc. so would love someone who also enjoys hanging out occasionally.

The rent is £770 a month, with bills being around £80 (estimate since we just moved in).
We recently moved into the flat with a friend who's since had to leave unexpectedly as he changed jobs so his room is now available.
