We are two Palestinian girls looking for a third flatmate to share our 3-bedroom apartment in Oxley Square. Our current flatmate is getting married and will be leaving us by the end of Feb.

The flat is just a 3-minute walk from Bromley-by-Bow Station (District and H&C lines) and 5-minute walk from Devons Road Station (DLR).

The location is a major plus, with Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Gyms, bus stops, and Simply Fresh all just 3–7 minutes away. The flat is located in a secure building with concierge service.

Room:
- 🛌 Size : Huge Double
- 🚾 Bathroom is shared with one of us
- 💰 Rent: £920/month Deposit: £920
- 💡 Bills: Around £170/month (covers electricity, water, heat, council tax, and Wi-Fi).
- 📅 Move-in Date: March 1st
- 📝 Contract: 6 months to start, with the possibility to extend

About us:

One of us is a PhD student at KCL, and the other is a pediatrician. We keep a friendly, clean, respectful, and peaceful home.

We’re looking for a female professional, preferably Middle Eastern who is:
- 🧼 Clean – keeps shared spaces and bathroom clean, clean after themselves, tidy, and participate in weekly cleaning rotations. This is a deal breaker.
- 🤝 Respectful – values privacy, is mindful of noise, and contributes to a harmonious living environment.
- 🙌 Considerate – reliable with bills/rent and open to light social interaction (flat dinners or chats)
