There’s also a balcony which is perfect for a morning coffee, some air after work, or just watching London do its thing.

It’s not en-suite, but you’ll pretty much have the second bathroom to yourself, so it feels like your own setup.

I’m Tony — I work in finance and I’m building a couple of projects on the side (so I’m busy, focused, and generally respectful of people’s space).
I’m friendly, and easy to hang out with. I’m not running a party house, but I’m also not weirdly strict or anything — just looking for someone normal, tidy, and considerate. I enjoy gatherings myself.
If you’re the kind of person who’s independent, chilled, and likes a comfortable home base in London, we’ll get on well.
I’ll also spend a lot of time away, so you will have the flat to yourself very often.
