I will be working from home in the living and I thought I’d rent the remaining spare rooms out as I use the living room to work and sleep.

I would like someone who doesn’t smoke, is laid back, doesn’t have any pets and is nice and quiet as I like to keep myself to myself.

Easy transport links, gyms, superstores, GP, post office at a walking distance.
