Hey, I'm Marv - I’m 42, run my own design company and split my time between home, studio and client spaces (Liverpool Street area).

Lifestyle wise:
Early mornings, early nights
Gym and sport
Father duties every other weekend
Social, but I don’t bring the party home
Travel occasionally (including 1–2 months abroad per year)
I’m a live-in landlord and take pride in keeping the space clean, respectful and easy to share. I smoke occasionally, but never inside the flat.

Works full-time
Is independent and comfortable co-living
Values cleanliness and shared responsibility
Isn’t looking for a high-energy party environment
Someone who mainly lives their life outside but wants a solid, well-kept base to return to will feel very comfortable here.
