Double bedroom w/ensuite in East London

Looking to fill a bedroom for sublet for April (possibly May also - flexible on timings). This would be perfect for someone who has just moved to london, is in between flats or places to stay, or is just visiting!

The Flat
It’s a safe, family vibe apartment complex along the canals in east London. We’re on the 5th floor (there’s a lift) and have a great balcony view. Two bathrooms with toilet/sink/shower (the bedroom available for sublet is the one with en-suite).

The kitchen/living room is spacious with a table and very comfy couches. There’s an in-flat washer/dryer as well as an air fryer, microwave, kettle etc.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Bromley by Bow station (easy access to the District/Hammersmith and Central lines) and a 10 minute walk from the DLR . Also a super convenient walk/tube journey to Victoria Park, Hackney Wick, Bethnal Green. Lots of cafes and wine bars in east London! There’s a BIG Tesco a 5 minute walk away as well as a Little Sainsbury’s and a Simply Fresh.

Double room with lots of space and natural light. Faces the East with morning sun. Full Closet, two dressers, and some under bed storage. Includes en-suite with toilet and shower.

Room is available for £1015! Bills come to about £90 (Council tax and wifi)

You’d be sharing the flat with my friend/roommate! She’s 25, from Australia, and working in finance in West London. Super friendly and easygoing.
