Large Double in Residence

We are renting a nice front facing and spacious double room on the ground floor. It's furnished with a divan bed, a desk and some other furniture.

Our place is a town house, located in a gated complex, so quite safe. We do have a gym with pool and jacuzzi (free to use), but at the moment there is no access to it due to Covid.

On the ground floor you have the kitchen, lounge and a shared toilet and a cute garden. Bathroom is upstrairs which you will share it with only 2 of the 4 remaining residents.

As for us, we are a bunch of greeks, professionals mostly working from home. We are open minded and chill, and quite often spend some time in the lounge, kitchen or garden. Most of us are creatives in one or the other way, so if you are too, you are welcome. Having said that, we are no party house and value each others privacy.

Council tax is included in the rent, so bills are around £40-60 for everything
