Looking for someone to replace me in a large 3 bedroom flat with a great outdoor terrace from middle/end of May. I'm leaving due to work commitments.
You'll be living with 2 sociable Aussies - one working in fintech and the other a furniture designer. The current lease runs out end of November but they'll be looking to extend.
The flat originally came unfurnished but is in the process of being made into a home with a projector, sofa, dining table and chairs all already put in (I need to add pics).
The bedroom is large and comes with a mattress, shelving unit and clothes rack. One of the flatmates is currently waiting on getting a bedframe from his work which will be added to the room too.
The flat is well positioned for getting around London with close access to both the Jubilee line and the overground.
Bills usually come in at around £150 a month.
An earlier move in date can be arranged if need be.
Will be doing viewings in the coming weeks so if interested, please drop us a message with a little information about you and we can arrange!
