A spacious bright en-suite bedroom available in Kilburn. The room will be available from 4th May, with the current contract running until 4th August but with the possibility to extend.

About the flat: the garden flat of a Victorian house, 7min walk from Kilburn station (Jubilee), 9min to Brondesbury (Mildmay), and 20min to West Hampstead Thameslink, all of which are Zone 2. The flat has its own entrance with a beautiful garden, spacious living room, and a compact but fully equipped kitchen. Your room is the largest in the flat with loads of built-in storage and a large bathroom with a stand-in shower. Rent is £1,100 pcm + bills which come to about £130 pcm. The flat was originally unfurnished, but I will not be taking the bed (with a very new memory foam mattress), desk, and TV unit with me (see marked in the photos). I can leave them behind for you with the agreement to remove them yourself before leaving the flat, or I can remove them before your arrival if you have your own furniture.

You’ll be sharing with Nico (31) and Anezka (33), along with her friendly miniature schnauzer. They’ve created a welcoming and home, where people enjoy spending time together, whether that’s sharing a meal or a relaxed evening, while also respecting each other’s independence and space. They’re looking for someone considerate, friendly, and comfortable in a home that values both a positive atmosphere and mutual respect and someone who is a dog lover.

About the agency and landlady: You will be entering the lease through a letting agent - Hamptons West Hampstead, meaning that you’d have to cover their requirements and pass the referencing checks. The landlady manages the property herself and is extremely chill, allowing you to add shelves, or hang things on the walls etc. We have had absolutely no issues with either of them so far.
