The room itself has a lofted bed and an ergonomic layout in order to totally make use of the available space. It has an office desk, a set of drawers and a shirt hanging rack. There is also a set of drawers in the livingroom which can be used too for extra storage.

The lounge is well equipped with a 50" plasma TV and Chromecast.

The kitchen has washing machine and dishwasher, as well as plenty of counter and storage space.

The area is great, quiet and safe like a suburb but incredibly well connected to transport.

You'll be really well located, it's a short walk (6-7 min) to Willesden Green (Jubilee Zone 2, Night Tube) as well as Brondesbury Park overground station. There's a 206 bus stop right outside the building which makes Queens Park a 5 minute ride away and there's a 98 / N98 bus stop just around the corner.

The monthly bills (council tax, water, electricity, gas, broadband) are around £90 pounds p. month.

The other flatmates are three young friendly professionals with a good attitude - who aren't party animals or shut-ins - so the flat has a great atmosphere.
