Hi, I am living in a nice homely 2 bed flat in the Queens Park area, more precisely Brondesbury Park, a conservation area very quiet and yet very well located, and I am looking for a flatmate.

The room is a good double (3.1m x 3.0m), available now and suitable for 1 person. it has a double aspect with windows on two sides, it's very bright and very quiet as it faces the back of the house with garden views

The flat is 700sq ft and very comfortable for two people, there is a large separate lounge, a bathroom, two double bedroom and a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. there is a garden allocated to the flat and I make sure it is always ready to use during the summer months.

I am a sociable, respectful, clean and well house trained individual who certainly enjoys London lifestyle to its best but also very focused during my working week. The person who will share the flat with me will have to be respectful of the communal parts and a like minded individual who knows how to be discreet when needed.

I am Italian and really care about the environment in the apartment as I believe that living in a nice "home" gives you the chance to approach London's challenging with a greater strength.

The rent is inclusive of all bills and fibre optic broadband.
The property is 3 min walk from Brondesbury Park Overground Station, 0.5 mile from Kilburn station (zone 2 Jubilee Line),and 0.8 miles from Queens Park station with plenty of night buses passing close by. Within walking distance you will find trendy restaurants and bars, few gyms and a lovely park, Queens Park.
