Double bedroom in Brondesbury Park

Double bedroom available to rent in Brondesbury Park.

The bedroom is fairly large with a built in wardrobe system with shelving and rails. It is unfurnished but my flatmate can leave her bed if needed.
Flat would be shared with one other, the only shared spaces are the kitchen (cookware/kitchenware isn’t shared, so you’d need your own) and bathroom which we have a weekly cleaner for. There is a large terrace/balcony but access is via your window (sorry), it’s relatively easy with a step stool in and out! There’s a door in the other bedroom but ideally that would only be used when I’m around.

The flat has residents parking and is a few mins walk to Brondesbury Park overground, or about 10 mins to Kilburn underground - we’re in zone 2.

Rent is £800 plus bills which will be just over £1000 per month. £800 plus utilities (£91) is paid to the landlord and council tax plus cleaner cost is paid to me (£80 + £15xweek).

About me: I’m a 25y/o female professional, working in the City. I wfh 1 day a week (usually Friday) but am in the office all other days. I am away a fair few weekends so I won’t always be around but I’d like someone who doesn’t mind socialising and popping out for a drink now and then ;) however I do very much value my alone time and so it’d be great if you were quite similar. I’m also vegan but we’d have separate fridge shelves and freezers so no issues (hence the not sharing stuff in the kitchen).
