The flat is ideally located under 10 minutes’ walk to the Underground and Overground (Night tube over weekends). About 25 min walk from Thameslink stations, and a bus stop right in front (NightBus)

• Less than 10 minutes walk to Willesden Green station
• Less than 10 minutes walk to Brondesbury Park station (Overground)
• 98 / N98 bus right in front

• 2 Furnished double bedroom
• Wardrobe with shelving and excellent storage
• Plenty of natural light throughout the year

The Flat
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Big and comfortable living room with lots of natural light
• Calm, clean and well-maintained

Costs
• Rent: £785 per month (per room) + bills
• Bills: between £100-£150pcm (Council tax, Water, Gas and Wifi)
• There is a deposit around £600-£700 (we can check the exact amount if you are interested)

I’m a friendly and easygoing Brazilian that love gigs, sports events and a good fun, but also love to spend some time at home gaming and watching some movies.
I enjoy a drink after a busy week but also love a quiet night. I value my own space and am equally mindful of others wanting the same.
