If you’ve just landed in London and need a comfortable, stress-free base while you house-hunt for something permanent, this is the perfect spot! Non-smokers only please

• Availability: From April (the 9th) until the end of September.
• Duration: Flexible stays (minimum a few days) up to a maximum of 1 month.
• Rent: £650 per month (All bills included). Price is negotiable if staying for less than a full month

The Flat
We have lived here happily for 8 years, and it truly feels like a home.
• Your Room: Double bed and private wardrobe. Two side tables and a small table. Layout can be changed if needed.
• Storage: Plenty of extra space in our corridor cabinets for your luggage.
• Shared Spaces: Full kitchen, cozy living room, bathroom, separate toilet, and a nice terrace for some fresh air.

Location (NW6)
Great connectivity for commuting:
• 15-min walk to Willesden Green (Jubilee Line)
• 15-min walk to Brondesbury Park or Kensal Rise (Overground).

About Me
I’m originally from Spain and have called London home since 2012. My partner has recently been relocated, so I’m looking to fill the space until our contract ends in October. I’m very easy-going and more than happy to share tips to help you find your feet in this great city!
