We are looking for a new flatmate to replace me in this lovely, spacious flat in the heart of Brook Green.

I have been living here for a year and the only reason I am leaving this place (and my lovely flatmate Melanie) is because I am moving in with my boyfriend!

A large and bright furnished double bedroom (very quiet as overlooks the garden). Modern separate kitchen with all amenities, spacious living room and decent size bathroom with a bath. The bedroom comes with a comfy bed and lots of storage with two built-in wardrobes.

The location is fantastic and very well connected with transports. You will be 5mins walk from Kensington Olympia Overground, 10-15mins walk from Hammersmith and Barons Court underground and 15-20mins from Shepherds Bush.

Rent is £950 per month + bills which come to £106 per month (including internet, electricity ,council tax & water).

We are looking for a friendly, tidy professional female that will be happy to share time over a glass of wine and a Netflix series but also respects the other person’s privacy.
