We are holding an open day for the vacant room in our lovely home this Sunday around 5pm, with fizz and nibbles to welcome you all 🥂🍿

This should be a great way for us all to get to know each other a little and view the room informally and have a chat.

Would be amazing to hear from those who would like to pop in with some info about you, and we can get our address sent out to those that get in touch and the fizz in!

We are a very warm, welcoming group housemates who like to have fun along the way and are looking for those similar flat hunters keen on a new home!

Do come along, nothing to lose and you may fall in love with your new home!

THE FLAT:
Situated in beautiful and leafy Brook Green, the flat is just a 5-10 minute walk from Hammersmith Station, Barons Court Station, Kensington/Olympia Overground Station, and a 15-minute walk to Westfield Shopping Centre. There is also a large Tesco just 5 minutes down the road, and a Virgin Active gym and swimming pool also five minutes away. It’s very easy to get to central London from here, and just 30-40 minutes on the Piccadilly Line to Heathrow Airport. The flat is very close to some fabulous pubs (e. g. Queens Head, Havelock Tavern etc.) and a 5-minute walk to the bi-weekly Brook Green Market which is the best local Saturday morning spot!

There is a front garden to the Mansion building that can be used by the residents only. It has a picnic table and it’s large and quite private - perfect for summer BBQs and our summer rounders, pimms and focaccia party’s. Brook Green is a wonderful green space with tennis courts, a few pubs and schools on either side.

There are two bathrooms, a kitchen with dining table and a large homely living room. The living room has two sofas and a smart TV.

After almost four years, we have an opportunity for a new person to join a fun and very friendly flat that we really enjoyed living in.

There are three great housemates, Clare and Mackenzie. Clare is a media officer, Mackenzie works in PR and Dan is a Press Officer. We are very friendly and respect each other’s privacy too. Dan is also new to the House and will move in on 1st August.

THE ROOM:
£702 pm - Available 1 August 2021
The bedroom comes with a large wardrobe, a 3-drawer chest of drawers and a three-quarter bed (with storage underneath). It has a bright window facing Brook Green. It is best suited to someone who does not need to work from home as it is a small but cosy room.
*The white chest of drawers is not included with the room

THE BILLS:
The bills are shared equally amongst the house. They are roughly £50-£60 a month. The rent does not include bills.

THE FEES & LEGALITIES:
Security deposits are roughly 5 weeks rent for each person. We have a professional agency that manages the whole building. Upon check-in, on 1 August, you’ll be entering a brand new 12 month lease.
