This flat truly feels like a home, and as such, we are looking for a new flatmate who shares the same vibe.
It’s fully refurbished and in great condition, with stunning views of the sunset throughout the living room and kitchen (south facing).

It is a second-floor flat which features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) within 68sqm of space. The flat is a 7-minute walk away from Shepherd’s Bush station.

The room that’s been made available after 5 years of solid tenancy is a double bedroom with a double bed (with under bed storage), 3 sets of wardrobes, a full length mirror and a chest of drawers. The other room has an en-suite bathroom so there’s a separate bathroom all to yourself. I am willing to provide additional fixtures and furniture if needed.

You will be sharing a home with a lovely Spanish lady in her late thirties who’s away for work a lot, but when home likes to enjoy the flat and a nice chat over tea.

We are looking for young professionals, quiet and mature. No parties.
