Spacious Double Room in West London

Hi! I am moving out of this wonderful room to move in with my girlfriend.

You will be living with 3 others (1 male/2 female) and the room available is the largest room in the flat.
The rent is currently £805 per month plus around £110 for bills (these will vary slightly taking into account any increases in council tax etc.) The bills we have are for the following and the amounts are per month approximately:
water (£10 each)
gas/elec (£50 each)
broadband (£7 each)
council tax (£42 each) and
TV licence. (£5 each)

Each person in the house in responsible for a specific bill but all the costs are shared equally.

We are located in the heart of Brook Green in a Victorian mansion block. The closest tube stations within walking distance are Hammersmith, Shepherd’s Bush and Baron’s Court.

Westfield, shops on Kings Street and a short bus ride to Kensington High Street means that there are plenty of shops and supermarkets within easy reach of the flat. The closest supermarkets are Lidl, Tesco, Sainsburys, Waitrose and M&S

Green spaces close by are Brook Green, Holland Park and Shepherd’s Bush Green.

We are all independent but catch up when we see each other in the kitchen.
