Family home ( not a flat share per se) with one modern room for rent with own bathroom. Bright, modern, facing onto Garden. We are a family home with 2 teenagers (17 and 13)

Very quiet bedroom on the first floor at the back of the house, view on to the garden. The room is independent with it s own bathroom.
The room is furnished with a single bed which can be a double bed. Very good quality bed.

Tenant can use kitchen and and respectful as we are a family, a cleaner comes once a week to clean all the room and common parts

Suits a full time student or young professional who wants to be close to central london and all amenities. 4 Tube lines , buses and Overground all very close
We are open/ have preference to someone who wants only to stay for 2-3nights a week at a reduced rate
