Double room with private bathroom - Shepherd’ Bush

My flatmate’s moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over his room in our flat in W14, between Shepherd’s Bush and Hammersmith.

Your room’s a good-sized double with its own private bathroom that has a bath and toilet. There’s storage and your own wardrobe in the office room (pictures) as well so there’s plenty of space for your clothes and the wardrobe can be put back into the bedroom if you wish.

Flat is on a quiet, residential street about 5 minutes from Shepherd’s Bush station, and you can get to Oxford Circus in 20 minutes door to door. Notting Hill is a 20minutes walk down the road, and Holland Park even closer.

The flat’s fully furnished (most of it’s mine) and really feels like a home. There’s a big private garden that’s great for dinners and drinks in summer, plus a third room that’s set up as an office if you work from home sometimes (I do WFH as well)

I’m tidy, clean and love cooking, so there’ll definitely be good food and wine around. Ideally looking for someone respectful, easy-going and who wants a proper home rather than just a place to crash.
