Double room with private bathroom - Shepherd’ Bush

Hey! I’m Baptiste, 28, and work in menswear.

My flatmate’s moving out, so I’m looking for someone to replace him in our flat in W14, between Shepherd’s Bush and Hammersmith. It’s a quiet, residential street about 5 minutes from Shepherd’s Bush station, and you can get to Oxford Circus in 20 minutes door to door. Notting Hill is a 20minutes walk down the road, and Holland Park even closer.

The flat’s fully furnished (most of it’s mine) and really feels like a home. There’s a big private garden that’s great for dinners and drinks in summer, plus a third room that’s set up as an office if you work from home sometimes (I do most days)

Your room’s a good-sized double with its own private bathroom that has a bath and toilet.

I’m tidy, clean and love cooking, so there’ll definitely be good food and wine around. Ideally looking for someone respectful, easy-going and who wants a proper home rather than just a place to crash.

Bonus if you’re into dinner parties and a glass of wine.
