We're looking for a new flatmate for our bright and spacious 3-bedroom flat on Caledonian Rd (N7).

We're two friendly females (one British, one Australian, charity worker, legal administration). We both work hybrid, so some days we're working at home and some days we're in the office.

We tend to lead our own lives, but we might come together to watch some TV or have dinner in the lounge or maybe go to the cinema or theatre.

We're looking for a female non-smoker who is looking for a friendly, clean and tidy flat with considerate flatmates.

The room is a really good-sized east-facing double room. The photos show the room both lived in and empty and there is plenty of space for a desk and a yoga mat. The room is definitely bigger than it looks in the photos.

The flat itself is over the top 2 floors of a Victorian terrace conversion. We've got a spacious lounge and the other 2 bedrooms are on the upper floor.

It's a great location with excellent transport links and within walking distance of Caledonian Park, Finsbury Park, Camden and Upper St, Regents Park and Hampstead Heath.

We've got lots of little food shops around us and are only 5 mins walk from larger shops on Holloway Rd.

We're a 2 min walk from Caledonian Rd tube station (zone 2).

Rent is 800 pcm plus bills of around 130 per month (incl council tax). We’ve got a good landlord who is quick to respond to any problems. The room is available from the beginning of May although we do have some flexibility around dates.
