We are looking for a relaxed and enjoyable flatmate for either a large en-suite double or a medium-sized double bedroom.

Both rooms come fully furnished with plenty of storage, a desk (extremely useful these days) and plenty of light from their windows. The large room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

There is a spacious shared living room, with a comfy sofa and a TV, perfect for watching a movie or playing some games. The living room has a balcony that is ideal for a lazy breakfast on a sunny day and has an amazing 180 degrees view on the surrounding area.

The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped, large and bright and there is plenty of working space if you like to prepare a nice meal or if you want to enjoy your favourite food delivery ;-).

The common bathroom is quite large (not just for London’s standards) and it has a bathtub with also a shower head. There is plenty of shared storage space in the boiler/heater room and a secure bike storage area on the ground floor. The flat is on the 3rd floor and it is reachable with a lift.

The flat is located within a 10-minutes walk from Caledonian Road station (Piccadilly line) and a 12-minutes bus ride from King’s Cross station. With a 25-minutes walk or 15 minutes bus ride you can be in Camden Town and Kentish Town. There is a Coop supermarket just around the corner.

Who are we?
You would be sharing the flat with Spiros and John, THE siblings from sunny Greece.

Spiros lived abroad (the UK and Germany) for the last 5 years, working as a data scientist and enjoys movie nights, whiskey tastings, video games and CrossFit.

John moved to London 4 months ago, working as a Videographer. He loves films, video games and extreme sports.

We are social but we also like to have our own time.

Rent and bills
The rent for the larger room is £990 pcm, for the other it's £800 pcm. Bills (council tax, water, electricity, gas, internet) are about £100 pcm on the top of the rent.
