Friendly gals house looking for flatmate

Our flatmate is leaving us mid/late June to move in with her partner so we're looking for a gal to join us

The flat is in a Victorian house which is three bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with bath!), kitchen and big living room/dining room. Some of the pics of ths rooms (apart from the bedroom pics) are from pre moving in. We also have a massive shared garden with a couple of other flats - the neighbours are lovely and most are about our age. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinet, desk, drawers and built-in wardrobe (all new-ish furniture). The landlord is the nicest person and will be happy to get most additional furniture you want

The rent per month is £695, Council tax is £60, Wifi is £10, water is £10 and energy was £50 in March.

The flat is located just off Cally Road, which is close to shops (big Morrisons, Lidl and Waitrose), cinema, restaurants, and pubs. It’s a 5 min walk to Caledonian Road tube (Piccadilly Line) and loads of bus routes nearby

I've lived in this flat for the last three years and Hannah has been here for over a year. The contract is until November but we're likely to renew for another year

Looking for someone who is sociable (especially when Love Island is on) but has their own life too. We love a big night out or a chill night in with a cuppa. We'd prefer to live with a third gal/non-binary pal who is about our age and probs a professional
