My current friend and flatmate will be away from London for some months so is looking to sublet her room. We have some flexibility in the dates and duration of sublet, feel free to drop a note to check options that you might be looking for.

We're looking for a new housemate. Ideally a professional, who is reliable, good company, tidy and respects the space!!

You'll be sharing with a 33 year-old professional working mostly from home. I'm away a lot (either travelling or staying at my partner's), but when in the flat I'm fairly quiet and tend to work a lot, but happy to share a meal/ drink or do some activities together as well.

The house is on a leafy street, 5 mins walk from Caledonian Road station. Rental agency are great. Amenities include easy access to Sainsburys, Waitrose, Tesco and Morrisons. The Better tennis centre, gym, yoga centres etc. are under 7 mins away. There is a pretty local park in the neighbourhood. Kings Cross, Camden, Angel, Highbury and Hampstead are a stone through away.
