1 large double en-suite bedroom in 2bed flat:)

Hello! With my current flatmate sadly leaving, I'm looking for a new flatmate to take over her tenancy in our 2 bedroom flat in Caledonian road from 1st of September 2024.

The flat is a 4 minutes walk away from Caledonian road tube station, so convenient to commute to UCL/central. The room is very spacious with its own en-suite. There's a large living room, a nice modern kitchen, and a South-facing balcony. The flat itself is in a new-built apartment complex with reception and an on-site concierge, making it feel safe. There's also a gym for tenants to use. The flat was advertised as part-furnished, however, my current flatmate will be taking most of her furniture she purchased from the room, leaving the bed only. You would have toget yourself a desk, with a chair, but I'd be more than happy to help with that.

Rent is £1325 pcm, without bills, however, this is to be paid in 6 month instalements (as both of us were postgrad students when moving in, however, this could possibly be be negotiated with the landlord.)

I'm 24, doing a PhD at UCL full-time, and I work as a pharmacist once a week. Ideally, I would prefer a graduate student (masters or PhD) aged 23-27 to move in, so that our lifestyles would somewhat match, but it's not a dealbreaker.:)
