3 of my friends and I have found a beautiful house in Caledonian Road for a great price (3100 for a four-bedroom), and we're looking for a fourth person. The move-in date for the house is July 25th.
The agency requires 3 months' worth of rent at once. So on July 25, we will be required to pay about 2400 each, and then the next rent payment will be in November and so on.
The location and the facilities are the best part of the house. It’s on Caledonian Road, very close to the tube station. There’s a Lidl and Morrisons nearby. Kings Cross is an 8-minute bus ride away. The neighbours are great and the landlords are quite hands-off and flexible.
We’ll be two 24-year-old females and one 26-year-old male; a mix of professionals and a PhD student.
The only catch is that we need to put the deposit down ASAP. So message me if you're ready to get going quickly xx
