1. If you are interested, please message me first. I will then provide you with the UNITE office contact to start the official tenancy replacement process. You can also contact me directly via WhatsApp , if that’s easier, in addition to emailing the accommodation.
2. UNITE will verify your student status and guarantor.
3. If approved, you sign a new tenancy directly with UNITE.
4. Viewing can be arranged once approved.
5. Handover happens on the new contract start date.
