I’m renting out a lovely bedroom in a beautiful Victorian flat, ideally located just a 4-minute walk from Piccadilly/Caledonian Road station. The flat features classic Victorian architecture with high ceilings and large windows, filling the space with natural light throughout the day.

The room overlooks a peaceful, well-maintained garden, making it a calm and pleasant place to relax. It comes fully furnished with a king-size bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, working table and bookcase.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me, including one bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, toaster, kettle.

Tesco Express – 4 minutes’ walk

Lidl, Morrisons & Waitrose – around 10 minutes’ walk

Rent & bills:

Bills are not included and usually come to around £170 per month.

I’m a software engineer who enjoys cooking and going for walks. I’m sociable and friendly, and I’m looking for someone who wants to feel at home — not just rent a room. I’d love a flatmate who’s happy to socialise from time to time, while also respecting each other’s space and independence.
