I’m sadly leaving my lovely room in Caledonian Road and I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from the end of March/early April until September 20th when the contract ends!

The room comes fully furnished, including a double bed, spacious wardrobe, chest of drawers. The house has one main bathroom and one small bathroom, shared between four people. The living room is spacious and open to the kitchen. We have a backyard area perfect for for the summer season!
You will be sharing the house with Tatum (24) and Lucy (23) both lovely friends who are finishing their undergrad studies in languages and are always down for a laugh 💜 Spanish, English, French and Portuguese speakers!
There’s a second room becoming available as our fourth housemate is moving outside of London!
We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy, open minded and who would like to treat this place as a home 🌱
