Lovely Large Double Room

I’m moving out of our beautiful North London home and looking for someone to take over my room. It’s with a private landlord who’s really responsive.

The lease runs until September 26 but our landlord has put the property on the market in January. If he accepts an offer you would be given notice of 2 months; we have spoken to him and he does think it unlikely that it will sell so you have a good chance of being in until at least September and possibly beyond that.

The room is really spacious, comes largely furnished (except desk/chair in photos), with an extra cupboard in hallway for storage; it also has direct garden access (perfect for hosting in the summer!). There is 1 bathroom but 2 toilets.

You’ll be living with Tara (29) and Ange (27).
They both enjoy hosting friends, going out to wine bars, travelling, gym, festivals etc and are keen to find a similar girl who fits the vibe of the house.

Key details:
Location: Caledonian Road (Piccadilly Line) – about a 7-minute walk to the tube

Holloway Road – 5-minute walk, with loads of supermarkets, shops, pubs, and restaurants

Great connections: only 15 minutes from Camden, Central London, Angel, and Highbury & Islington
