The room!

The room belongs to a 2nd floor flat. Two more people live in the flat (3 beds total). The kitchen is provided with washing machine brand new microwave, kettles and a huge oven, as well as spacious fridge and freezer. New boiler and double glazed windows make the flat super cozy in the winter. Bills are not included but we have existing deals with providers.

If it looked familiar, yes, the building of the property features in series Slow Horses, which is quite cool.

Full of natural light, this 2nd floor flat is at a 5 min walk from both Caledonian Road tube station and Highbury and Islington overground station. King's Cross station is a 30 min walk away from the flat (or 5min on the tube), a lovely area I recommend exploring. If you love charity shopping, Highbury and Islington is full of thrifting gems I'm so sad to leave behind.

Super close to a selection of supermarkets (Sainsbury, a Nisa, a Tesco are at the same distance to Caledonian Road station, and an Aldi is a 15min walk) and cafes.

I am soon leaving this flat due to a job offer in another city and I need someone to take over my tenancy. You will be dealing with landlord Richard, who has been always incredibly kind and available.
