We’re looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate to join our home just off of Caledonian Road as our flatmate is moving out. The move-in date can between the 18-24 May and deposit is £950. Rent is £900 per month. Bills around £150.

You’ll be living with me (working in housing policy) and Sophie, who’s an event planner. We’re both sociable but respectful of eachothers space. We’re looking for someone similar who is easygoing, clean, and considerate - ideally a professional who’s happy to keep the flat feeling like a home!

The room is a bright, good-sized double with a desk if you work from home. The flat has a cosy living area and small kitchen. You'll be sharing the bathroom with one other person as one of the rooms has an en-suite.

We’re 8-10 minutes from both Caledonian Road and Holloway Road (Piccadilly Line) and 15 minutes from Caledonian Road and Barnsbury (Overground). Walking distance from Highbury and Islington and lots of lovely coffee shops, pubs and restaurants!
