The room has a small desk, nightstand, built-in clothes cupboard and chest of drawers.

There is a good sized kitchen-dining room, a large separate living room that leads onto a balcony, plenty of storage cupboards, and there is a downstairs toilet as well as an upstairs bathroom.

Rent includes bills (water, gas, electricity), council tax and Virgin fibre optic internet.

The flat is located on the top two floors of a 4 story low rise ex-local authority building. The building is located in a quiet residential street with several tube stations nearby (closest being Caledonian Rd/ Piccadilly Line), as well as overground and bus routes.

There are several supermarkets minutes walk away, as well as pubs, gyms, and a park.

We are both professionals. We keep the flat very clean and tidy so would want someone with the same standards of cleanliness.

Ideal flatmate would also have a similar sleeping schedule to minimise night-time disturbance, going to bed between 10pm-12am and up between 6am-8am.
