One furnished double bedroom (carpeted) available in a two-bedroom flat (short-term let / mon-fri let ok). You'll be sharing with me (live-in landlord). 20 MINS WALK TO OVAL TUBE OR 10 MINS BUS. 10 MIN WALK TO DENMARK HILL OVERGROUND / King's College Hospital.

Your bedroom includes:
- Wardrobe
- Mirror (half length)
- Double bed with mattress/pillow (linen's available)
- Chest
- Side table
- Full length window with enough natural light

Bathroom NOT SHARED:
- I'm in the other bedroom (w/ ensuite bathroom) while you'll have your own 'separate' spacious bathroom (bigger than mine with a bathtub)

To share:
- Open plan living room (wooden floor) with fully fitted kitchen (induction hob/oven/microwave)
- Washer/dryer
- Unlimited broadband (30Mbps)

Top floor (5th) apt with facing west with beautiful open view of sunset from the living room and balcony.

Quiet apt given it is in the middle of the two busy roads (Camberwell Rd & New Camberwell Rd). The windows/doors completely seal the outside noise. 24/7 fresh air circulation system inside.

Good connection links to any part of the city via direct buses. Denmark Hill is the closest station (Overground) - 10mins walk.
Next would be Oval Underground (Northern line) - 20mins walk / 1 mile / 10mins bus.

No provision for car/motorcycle parking in the building. Entry via two point secure doors.

Lots of nice pubs and restaurants around, together with grocery stores - Tesco, Morrisons, Co-op, Lidl, TFC. EasyGym 2mins walk.

I'm a professional working the usual hours (8-6) in the City and like to come back to a quiet apt, do my gym, and chill. I want my place to be clean and tidy, specially the kitchen area.
