Double room in beautiful garden flat

I am moving out of a beautiful house and am looking for someone to move in from mid January (but can be flexible).

We a very open, welcoming house with a lovely set of housemates. One girl is in TV production, another works music and the guy is a visual effects editor. We have a beautiful garden with a patio for BBQs, and a big open plan living and kitchen area where people chill out in the evenings.

The bedroom has beautiful french doors that go immediately out on to the garden.

We are a 2 minute walk from Camberwell High Street, with plenty of cool pubs, coffee shops and restaurants. We are also very close to two gorgeous, quiet parks, as well as supermarkets. We are a 7 minute walk from Denmark Hill station, which is on the Thameslink to Blackfriars, King X, Victoria and overground links to east london and clapham junction. Bus links are incredible too.

We are a tidy, respectful house and have a cleaner come fortnightly. On the occasional weekend the party might come back to ours, but generally it's a very chilled atmosphere.
