Lovely double room for Monday-Friday let

The room

I have a lovely double bedroom in my 2 bed flat that i would like to fill with a week day tenant, ideally 2 or 3 days a week (beginning of the week ideal!)

The flat is in a new build just opposite Camberwell Green. It is on the second floor facing west (amazing sunsets!) There is lift access and two communal spaces, one of which is a roof terrace.

The flat is huge for a 2 bed with a large open plan living/kitchen and big balcony. The room is a good size double with a chest of drawers, open wardrobe and under bed storage and a door that leads out to the balcony. Bedding, linen, towels all included in the rent.

The price would be £450 all in but would be negotiable depending on how many nights a week you needed to stay. There is BT WiFi, amazon fire stick and a fully equipped kitchen.

A bit about me - I am 27 and work in an Auction House in central London. I love exercising and cooking as well as exploring the local area and hanging out with friends. I am looking for a respectable, clean housemate who needs a base in London and would be up for a glass of wine on the balcony and a chat!
