Double room in a beautiful 4-bed in Camberwell

Hello!

We are looking for a housemate to join us in a very nice house in Camberwell, starting as soon as possible.

Room is £800/ month. This does not include bills, which will be about £100/ month.

The house is really nice! High ceilings, very large living room, loads of storage space, and even a little back garden. It's super quiet, too. Best sleep I've had in London.

We're really close to Burgess Park and Camberwell Green.

The room is medium sized, with good natural light. It also comes with an extra storage space next to it, which could be used as a walk-in wardrobe.

We like to hang out, cook together, etc, so ideally we'd like to live with someone who wants to join in.

We are:

John: 31 just finishing a masters, probably going to do a PhD.
Alice: 30, policymaker in government
Hauke: 33, German, owner of a not-for-profit organisation.

We like:

Playing music together, books, going to the pub, cinema, going to gigs, yoga, running, meditating, cooking and eating together.
