We are looking for 1 flat mate. Short term 3 months considered. For a Non-smoker tidy person .

You will be sharing with a French female 27y professional, non-smoker as I’m leaving my room.
The room is available from the 8th of November £850. Bills included (gas electric water wifi). 5 weeks deposit. (Copy of passport and proof of employment).

The Flat is bright sunny calm spacious located in trendy Camberwell Green area.

This lovely flat is fully furnished and very clean. Large rooms and corridor , a separate toilet with its own wash basin, equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, gas hobs, a pizza oven and a main oven and fridge.
In the living room, the oak table can be folded away or set for 4 people.
It is located on the 4th and top floor of a typical 1930’s brick building away from the main road so it is lovely & quiet. All rooms are filled with natural light as it’s a top floor apartment with a lift.

Camberwell Green is a trendy, vibrant area with lovely restaurants. There are food stores near by.

Excellent transport link by tube or bus (including night buses). The flat is between the following tube stations Oval, Kensington (Northern Line) and Elephant and Castle (Northern and Bakerloo line) directly stopping at Leicester Square, Oxford Street, London Bridge, Oxford Circus, Piccalilli Circus, etc...

Buses: over 15 different buses including 6 night buses!!!
Direct bus ride to Brixton, Oval, Elephant & Castle, Kennington, Hernes Hill.
