Seeking one flat mate to share clean spacious Victorian property in Camberwell.

4 or 5 nights a week (your choice of which days).

The flat, arranged over 2 floors, has real wood floorboards, high ceilings, period character and a garden.

£700 for 4 nights including ALL bills.
£800 for 5 nights including ALL bills.
Extra or fewer nights by flexible arrangement.

THE SPACE

Very quiet, warm double bedroom with a large bay window (shielded by plantation shutters) overlooking the back garden. Brass double bed, bookshelf, desk, chair, clothes rail, kettle, and further storage space for clothes.

Shared kitchen/living room, bathroom, wet room, projector for film/ Netflix screenings and large back garden.

1 month notice period.

The cleaner comes twice a week and can change your sheets & clean your room on request.

8 minutes walk from Kings College Hospital.

12 minutes' walk to Loughborough Junction & Denmark Hill.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR

I am ideally looking for someone fairly quiet & busy, who doesn't work from home.

I'm very busy with creative projects, commmunity work and socialising outside the home. Happy to share meals sometimes if it suits us both. If you need a gym /running / swimming / tennis buddy I’m very motivated.

I have an excellent knowledge of London and I enjoy recommending unusual places, exhibitions, cafes and restaurants for people to visit.

I'm a professional cultural producer, and I work a lot from home.
