Hi there,

We're looking for chilled/sociable/interesting flatmate/s to make this lovely space a home.

It's a brand spanking new, modern, high-spec fit-out, with fresh paint smell. It's right on the main road in the midst of it all, but kept nice and quiet by double-glazing throughout. There's a huge open plan kitchen with all white goods, gas hobs/oven, a lot of storage in the kitchen cupboards. The bathroom has a nice tub and large mirror. All the furniture is new and modern.

Your bedroom has a built in wardrobe and a brand new bed (plastic wrap included) and black blinds.
As this is a new tenancy, we can put our heads together and find the best utility providers to keep costs down and the planet green.

I have lived in Denmark Hill before and it is a really nice area, with cafes, bars, pubs, tennis/yoga club if you are so inclined, shops, gyms, the lot - with more to find in neighbouring hubs of Brixton and Peckham either side.
The nearest station is Denmark Hill train station with links to Victoria, the East, Clapham Junction and so on.

We're an outgoing pair, get along easy, fun, sociable, into things both similar (travel, culture, involved conversations, food) and contrasting (day vs. night-life, music/art tastes, efficiency vs. flexibility).
I am a criminal barrister in training, and Eoghan freelances in creative-tech/coding.
We both moved to London a few years ago and coincidentally both spend our early childhoods in Africa and then grew up in Europe. We’ve recently come back from an extensive half-year trip motorbiking through South East Asia.
