The house has three rooms and two current flatmates, one female from Peru(early 30s) and Spanish guy(50s). The flat is 7 mins walk from Denmark Hill station 20 mins walk to Brixton.
We are both working professionals- happy to have a chat and drink in the eves and watch tv but also respectful of each other's space.
Wifi, tv licence even cleaning materials all included in rent. Gas &, electricity is not included but works out at about £30 each in winter months.
We are looking for 3rd person who will feel at home here too.
