I have left London and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy ASAP until the end of August.

From then you are able to take a new 1-year tenancy if you wish to do so!

It's a large double room with an ensuite bathroom (sink, toilet shower). The bedroom includes a double bed, 2 chests of drawers, a cupboard and a desk with a wooden chair and with more drawers. Wood furniture included (not white).

The kitchen/living area is shared. Includes 2 large fridge freezers. 2 Washer-dryers. An oven with 4 induction hobs.
Couples priced slightly more, you will have to speak with the landlord directly :).

We have a small backyard and a large plane of grass behind our house like a courtyard.
