Hi all! This cosy room is available from May 1st.

The 2 bed flat is between Brixton and Camberwell, 30 seconds walk to Loughborough Junction train station, with overground trains direct to Blackfriars and Kings Cross. Brixton station is about 10-15 minute walk away, meaning the amazing cafes, bars, restaurants and shops of Brixton Village and Market Row are right around the corner. 24/7 Nisa Local, Co-op and an independent grocer are all ~20 secs away and a Tesco is only 5 mins walk. The lovely Ruskin Park is a 5 minute walk away and a fun Jazz Bar is just across the road.

The room is a fairly spacious double bedroom with natural light, and plenty of space for your clothes. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath, one with a shower, so there is never any queuing. The kitchen is spacious and a pleasure to cook in and the living room also has plenty of space. The room is currently only furnished with a bed, but the other furniture belonging to the current tenant could possibly be bought.

Looking for someone who is easy-going and friendly but also tidy and respectful, of course! We would also be willing to accept couples, but the rent would increase to £800 per month.

A bit about us... Cassie is a Masters student studying music and John is an engineer. We enjoy cooking and having chill nights at home watching tv, but also love getting out and about on weekends or doing fun activities in the evenings. We enjoy drinking at home or at the pub so if you'd be keen to share a bottle of wine over an episode of Tiger King or two, this is the place for you!

Not keen on this being a party house but we happily welcome visitors for relaxed hang outs.
