Double room in new development with concierge

Hi,

I am an Italian doctor working as a researcher at King's College in Denmark Hill. I am renting a very nice little room with its own access to a shared balcony in the context of a two bedroom flat. This is a brand new flat in the heart of Camberwell Green, within a conservation area, and you will benefit from a thriving independent food, art, and theatre scene. Lots of bus stops (Camberwell Green hub) just next to the door! It is an ideal place for cycling (flat route to central London) and on-site cycle parking is indeed available for free. The flat is extra equipped with air filtration and water underfloor heating systems. I do not have pets, but if you have any, this house is cat, dog, and turtle friendly!
I live in the main room which has its ensuite bathroom, so the successful lodger would be the prevalent user of the main (large) bathroom. Your room has everything you may need, including a double bed, a large wardrobe and a little desk. Moreover, you will be sharing a large, eclectic living room with lots of amenities, and also an Italian professional pizza oven. The floorplan is below, and I may send any detailed pictures upon request.
Bills will be shared - I have already joined to the most cost-effective service providers for this area e. g. shell energy and hyperopic.
