Double room in creative Camberwell flat

We're looking for someone to join us in our cosy 3 bed flat just off Camberwell New Road (halfway between Camberwell Green and Oval station). We also have a garden space where we grew lots of plants and veg over the Summer and looking forward to some outdoor winter evenings around the firepit.

The room is unfurnished, but has lots of shelves and an inbuilt cupboard with a rail. The rest of the house is full of lovely furniture, quite a few plants and a very friendly cat named Cosmo.

We are two women, 28 and 31, I am an artist and art therapist working in a school and Kate works in the charity sector. We're both creative people, we spend time together cooking, watching tv and making things but also value each other's space. Ideally looking for someone with similar interests around the same age.

The room needs to be filled by the end of February with flexibility to move in earlier. Rent is £675/m, bills around £85/m. Deposit required, will be paid into a secured scheme, nice independent landlords and no fees!!!
