Double room, furnished with a comfy bed and large wardrobe, single room occupancy preferred. Plenty of space to add a desk if needed to work, and lots of natural light in the room and throughout the house. Your bathroom is shared with one friendly and tidy housemate (Callum).

You'd be sharing this large space with two laidback healthcare professionals who enjoy yoga and cooking. Any gendered housemate is welcome. We both have a green thumb here and love to talk plants, but that doesn't mean you have to. We also enjoy an occasional friendly movie night or board game night over wine but don't get too rowdy.

Looking for someone who is clean and conscientious as well as relaxed. We have a housekeeper come to tidy the common areas and bathrooms every 2 weeks but we keep it neat between visits.

We don't have any pets but wouldn't mind a kitty companion (allergic to dogs, sorry 😢). No smokers, please. No short leases, preferably 3-6 months (or longer if all is going well). There isn't any indoor bike storage sadly, but there is space out the front where a bike could be secured. Minimum 1-month vacancy notice required by the landlord. Bills are £100/month + cleaning fees every 2 weeks.
