Hello, we are looking to fill this lovely room in this cosy 3 bed flat just off Camberwell New Road (halfway between Camberwell Green and Oval station) The flat has a really nice garden space where we like to sit out, have bbqs and are growing some plants and veg.
The room is unfurnished, but is a big room with a double bay window and space for a desk if you are working from home. It is light and has really high ceilings with an amazing fireplace.
You will be living with Hugh (30) a civil servant working at Defra and when he’s home he likes to cook and chill with a good TV show. He also enjoys hiking and cycling and going to a good pub with friends. Lawrence (newest housemate) will be moving in in the 6th June. Ideally we are looking for someone with similar interests and around the same age. (27-37).
Cats are also very welcome!
The rent is £705 and the room is available now, bills are around £85/m. Deposit required, this will be paid into a secure scheme, nice independent landlords and no fees!!
