Hey. I’m looking for a new flatmate to share a flat in Camberwell. The flat is a new build and is right next door to Burgess Park and has all mod cons included in the bills, including high speed WiFi and a fully integrated kitchen.
The flat is 10 minute walk to KINGS COLLEGE HOSPITAL in Denmark Hill.
The transport links are great, with many buses running 24/7 to both E&C and Oval Tube, both on the Northern Line.
There is a secure bike shed in the complex for any bike owners. London Bridge is a 12 minute cycle which i do daily.
I enjoy going out and often am not home. I also enjoy cooking at home and relaxing with a nice beverage. I am looking for someone who is chilled , somewhat social and tidy. The property has a huge balcony too.
Unfortunately the flat isn't suitable for WFH full time. It is however LGBT friendly!
